SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
Shipping offers are only valid on orders containing full price products shipped in the continental United States and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only. Gift certificates do not qualify for the promotion. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

Kris Sara Spa ships to US addresses only. Our express shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories take 6-8 weeks. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

  1. Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

  • Complimentary ground shipping on all orders of $100 or more.

  1. Express Service – Next Day and Second Day Shipping

  • Next Day cost is $20.00 (1-2 business days)

  • 2 Day cost is $15.00 (2 business days)

Please note, due to shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon check-out, you will be notified if one or more of your products are not eligible and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping.

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS:

Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly; regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

You should expect the package for delivery by UPS in approximately 3-5 business days, unless you have requested an expedited method of shipment. Please consider that shipments require an additional 2 days to process the order.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect sales tax for product purchases by California residents. If you are shipping to other destinations, you will not be charged this tax.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Kris Sara Spa has a 7-day return policy for products ordered from our Website.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

  • Returns must be less than 10% consumed.

If for any reason you are not happy with our products, please send them back to the address below. Please pack them securely and include a copy of the order processing number, as well as the reason for the return. Upon receipt, we will promptly credit your account.
